I recently heard an engineer say something along the lines of "Kids these days can't solder anymore."
I'm curious - how many engineers end up doing at least a little soldering as part of your lab work? How many don't solder at work, but have hobbies that involve soldering? Or, are there really working EE's out there that can't solder?
What's the deal?
